Thank you for shopping at Dinked Up. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.
Made-to-Order Products All Dinked Up products are made to order through our print-on-demand partner and are not held in pre-made inventory. Because each item is printed specifically for you after you place your order, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as change of mind, ordering the wrong size, or general dissatisfaction with the design once printed.
We strongly encourage you to review our size charts, product descriptions, and mockup images carefully before completing your purchase.
Defective, Damaged, or Misprinted Items If your item arrives defective, damaged in transit, or significantly different from what was ordered (e.g., wrong design, wrong size shipped in error, or a manufacturing defect), we will gladly offer a replacement or full refund.
To request a replacement or refund for a defective or damaged item:
- Contact us at hello@dinkedup.shop within 14 days of delivery.
- Include your order number and clear photos showing the issue (the defect, damage, or incorrect item).
- We will review your claim and respond within 2-3 business days with next steps.
Approved replacements will be reprinted and shipped at no additional cost. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method and may take 5-10 business days to appear, depending on your bank or card provider.
Order Cancellations Because production begins shortly after an order is placed, cancellation requests can only be honored if your order has not yet entered production. Contact us as soon as possible at hello@dinkedup.shop if you need to cancel — we cannot guarantee a cancellation will be possible once printing has started.
Shipping Timelines Please allow 5-15 business days for your order to be produced and delivered. This timeframe is not eligible for refund requests on its own, as it reflects our standard made-to-order production and shipping process. If your order significantly exceeds this window, please reach out and we'll look into it.
Non-Refundable Situations We're unable to offer refunds or replacements for:
- Orders where an incorrect shipping address was provided by the customer and the order has already shipped
- Minor color variations due to different device screens or print batch variation
- Wear and tear from normal use over time

Welcome to Dinked Up (dinkedup.shop). By accessing or using our website, placing an order, or otherwise engaging with our services, you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.
1. About Dinked Up Dinked Up is an online store selling pickleball-themed apparel, drinkware, and related merchandise, produced on a made-to-order basis through third-party print-on-demand fulfillment partners.
2. Eligibility Our products are designed for a general audience. If you are under the age of 18, you may use this site and browse our products with the involvement of a parent or guardian, but purchases must be completed by a parent, guardian, or another adult who agrees to these Terms of Service on your behalf.
3. Products and Pricing We make reasonable efforts to display accurate product information, pricing, and images. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions, pricing, or other content on the site is entirely error-free. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions, and to change or update information at any time without prior notice, including after an order has been submitted, in which case we will contact you before charging or shipping if a pricing error affected your order.
4. Orders and Acceptance Your placement of an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept, decline, or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to product availability, errors in pricing or product information, or suspected fraudulent activity. If we cancel an order after payment has been processed, you will receive a full refund.
5. Payment All payments are processed securely through Shopify Payments. By providing payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.
6. Shipping and Delivery Please refer to our Refund Policy for information on production timelines, shipping estimates, and what to do if there's an issue with your order. We currently ship within the United States only.
7. Intellectual Property All designs, graphics, logos, product names, and content on this site (including the Dinked Up name, logo, and all original shirt/product designs) are the property of Dinked Up and are protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our designs or branding for commercial purposes without our written permission.
8. User Conduct You agree not to use this site for any unlawful purpose, to attempt unauthorized access to any part of the site or its systems, or to interfere with the proper functioning of the site.
9. Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dinked Up shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site or your purchase of our products. Our total liability for any claim related to a purchase will not exceed the amount you paid for the product in question.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties Products are provided "as is." While we stand behind the quality of our products and will address defects per our Refund Policy, we do not offer any warranty beyond what is stated in that policy.
11. Privacy Your use of this site is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.
12. Changes to These Terms We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will reflect the most recent revision.
13. Governing Law These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
